This year's Billboard Awards lacked fashion dazzles completely! Maybe because all the fashionistaz are in Cannes,London or in Asia (in case of Lady Gaga)...we didn't see the likes of Beyonce,Rihanna,Lady Gaga etc Anyways,these are some of the Red Carpet looks;

Justine Bieber showed up in a rather casual BUT presentable look...
Usher went all colorful and sharp...a Baby blue colored suit! I looove this look...also Katy Perry showed up in this lilac-colored Bluemarine dress..with matching hair actually :))
Taylor Swift dressed on a red elegant number,and i love what i see...I guess she really loves red too!lol....She had onTrending hair style,minimal accessories and the elegante red dress...love it!
Jordin Sparks chose the laced-long sleeved mini dress and the look just works for her!
Miley Cyrus on the other hand....really?! Is that a blazer,an ultra mini dress,...what exactly is that?!And the hair just looks like she came off bed,grabbed the nearest outfit and left the house for the awards...For me,she looks like Sara Jessica Parker...too mature for your age,Miley... Worst Dressed so far...
