She is an actress and singer, born in September 11,1970...Taraji P. Henson is an achiever!

Wearing an Oscar de la Renta 2011 collection during 'The Heart Truth" fashion show...Taraji ( A Swahili name for Hope)  is among the humanitarian celebrities i know and admire! She started her Degree for Electrical Engineering and later on graduated in Theater Arts....at Howard University.

Being an Oscar nominee, Taraji P. Henson has appeared in so many movies!! Just to mention few that you might remember... Baby Boy (2001), Hair Show (2004), Hustle and Flow(2005), Four Brothers (2005), Smokin' Aces (2007), The Family That Preys  (2008), my long time favourite, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (late 2008)... and the latest,Think Like a Man (2012)

This lady is among the best dressed female celebrities in Hollywood! She is also a member of PETA, a group that fight against the use of animal fur in fashion...with their slogan "I would rather be naked than wear fur" for which she did a nude photoshoot for :))

Among other things, Taraji has appeared in music videos for Common "Testify" and the chocolate babe Tyrese, on "Stay"....She is also rumoured to be dating the handsome Michael Ealy
