The peplum dress is a trend that started in 2011 and is still ON....If you do not know what am talking about...LOOK at this
It's a trend of having dresses and other outfits like jumpsuits etc....to incorporate that peplum/tunic extra material around the waistline like a short overskirt. It is a good choice for those with bellies and extra large hips,incase they want to appear small. However,many of us use this design for the sake of the trend,and that it looks fabulous!!
